This is a new residential area constructed on the historical site of the Machtesh football grounds.  It comprises apartments, commercial and civic buildings constructed around a large amphitheater style park.

The residential buildings are planned for construction along the incline of HaShnaim St., and they are terraced on 6 stories containing apartments of various sizes some of which have roof access and garden balconies.

Along the length of the public park, Borochov St. will be transformed into a brick paved street at the upper end of which will be a lookout point over the cities of Givatayim and Tel Aviv.  Beneath the lookout point and adjacent to the park, an area of approximately 1.500sq.m. has been allocated for civic construction.
