Mtskheta was the previous capital city of Georgia and a very important tourist and religious center. The project is being constructed on a site with a splendid view over the city, on the highway to the capital T’bilisi.

Because of the sanctity of the area and its historical importance the project has been designed with restraint and maximum effort has been made to blend with the landscape.

An open theatre, designed to host cultural and tourist events, is located at the forefront of the project overlooking the town of Mtskheta.

The project contains 25,000sq.m. of commercial areas and a 10,000sq.m. hotel.
