This is a typical Tel Aviv residential building located adjacent to and overlooking Sheinkin Park. The location demanded that special attention be paid to both the junction and the park. The street façade of the building was designed with a alternately positioned balconies creating a sense of depth and imparting the entire structure with a very special identity.
The building was faced with Travertine stone and special effort was made to ensure that it blends with the surroundings by means of, among other things, including local elements such as balcony railings and pergolas designed in the modern architectural vernacular. Special attention was given to the relationship between the street and the building by integrating the entrance with the sidewalk.
