This building contains 12 studio apartments with a commercial ground floor level and is situated in a unique location between the historic site of Tel Aviv’s “Oriental Trade Fair” and Dizengoff St. A resolution of the meeting points of these junctions was achieved by adopting the spirit of the International Style and elements typical of the era were incorporated in the building such as modular tile facing and glass bricks.
